But recently, the French Parliament voted a law that prohibits the segregation of a person based on their hairstyle. Can the European Convention on Human Rights not be invoked in defense of Russian competitors? When judging based on ideological reasons, justice is destroyed. Is there an international norm of segregation?

If the “Putinist” Gușa is no longer in power in the Romanian Judo Federation, will he be labeled less Putinist? Will there be more rubles in the secret accounts? Athletes must not suffer from misunderstandings outside the playing field, nor be discriminated against or emotionally disturbed.
In life, all people have started off with equal rights.
The edict imposed by the International Olympic Committee remains a black mark on the face of the great competition with laurels, podiums and glory.
Only Hitler and his criminal regime imposed collective guilt.
