On Friday morning, I published an analysis of the consequences of the Zelensky regime’s collapse under the weight of proven corruption scandals involving his inner circle. The public interest and agitation that followed were immediate. Why? Because the consequences will be extremely dangerous both for the structure of the European Union and, above all, for Romania. You can read the full analysis on solidnews.ro, I’ll repeat here only the conclusion regarding Romania:
“Can we hope to escape? Perhaps, but it would take a miracle. And no, my friends, that miracle will certainly not come from NATO. To survive this time, Romania must find itself, somehow, on the secret agenda of discussions within the geopolitical power triangle of Moscow–Washington–Beijing. But who will place us there? Surely you don’t expect that level of performance from Nicușor or Bolojan. Only God, through His great mercy!”
Now, it’s important to identify who actually triggered such a storm in Ukraine. The Financial Times, U.S. edition, and this is particularly interesting, explicitly named the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) as the driving force. This is the same NABU that Zelensky tried to dissolve a few months ago, once he sensed the danger, only to be stopped by the Americans, through institutional, media, and even street-level pressure. Now we understand why: because NABU had work to do. How did it operate? Through the FBI, which controls NABU’s activity, even going as far as using embedded agents. It’s not hard to grasp that the FBI itself was the discreet source behind Financial Times’ reporting.
And that brings us to today’s Man of the Day: Kash Patel, the FBI Director appointed by Trump immediately after taking office. Back in February of this year, right after Patel’s appointment as FBI Director, I wrote an analysis predicting what was coming. I said then:
“The test ahead is what I call the Kash Patel Cyclone. Patel, the new FBI Director, was confirmed with great difficulty by a Senate vote of 51–49, with three Republicans abstaining. Why such difficulty? Because Patel is the fiercest and most well-informed fighter against the Deep State dictatorship, America’s parallel power structure. A man closely allied with Trump, he has been studying the Ukrainian situation under a magnifying glass for nearly a decade. His top priority, starting immediately, is the investigation of the Ukrainian file — the massive financial frauds carried out by the Soros-aligned faction during the Obama–Biden administrations, an operation coordinated for years by the notorious Victoria Nuland. Compared to this, what Elon Musk revealed in his financial scandals is, frankly, child’s play.
The American frauds linked to Ukraine are estimated at hundreds of billions of dollars — funds allocated by the U.S. Congress. And take note: part of those frauds were executed through a Romanian network. I have no doubt that since Romania has become a fashionable brand for Trump’s people, the FBI investigation will start here.
From Washington sources, I’ve learned that, for now, the FBI has identified only a ‘trifle’ of about $3.5 billion siphoned off via a Romanian conduit connected to Ukraine. The explosion of this case in the coming days will even wake Iohannis from his deep sleep in Sibiu — though we may have all forgotten about him, the Americans haven’t.”
And so we can now understand that Kash Patel has been working on the Zelensky corruption file for over six months. It’s clear that his FBI teams have been thoroughly investigating corruption not only in Kyiv and among Zelensky’s associates, but also its connections across EU states, especially Romania, which served as a main route for military aid and from which enormous sums of this aid were stolen. Naturally, the investigation will also indirectly target figures from the Biden administration who were complicit and benefited from these massive frauds.
For now, in the first phase, it’s clear that only Zelensky’s people — his “wallets” — are being hunted down: those fleeing like rats, seeking refuge in Israel or exotic islands, where they’ve hidden their billions. But, dear Gold FM listeners, remember: no one escapes the FBI unless the FBI doesn’t want to catch them.
In this way, Kash Patel triggered the wave of raids and the viral footage of mountains of cash found in the homes of Zelensky’s cronies — stacks of dollars that came directly from the U.S. Treasury as aid to pay frontline troops, but were diverted instead. The supposed “Odessa factory scandal” is just the cherry on top of this massive theft.
I also have no doubt that Putin’s Russians contributed substantially to the NABU–FBI investigation, they have piles of data and footage from the past three years. This makes it clear that Patel’s operation is directly aimed at the collapse of the Zelensky regime — which, by refusing to negotiate peace, now poses a lethal danger not only to Ukraine itself but also to the broader geopolitical settlement in our region, as established in the power triangle Putin–Trump–Xi.
At the same time, the Americans do have a duty to fix what they broke under the Biden regime, though, unfortunately, some of these mistakes had been made even during Trump’s first term, as I’ve often explained. We’ve long awaited U.S. intervention, especially after our own Romanian democracy was destroyed, but until now, they’ve refused. Well, this time they’ve arrived — landing first in Ukraine under the banner of what I called, back in February, the Kash Patel Cyclone. This time, though, it appears to be a cyclone with positive force. And so today, I appoint Kash Patel as the Man of the Day on Gold FM.
