Today I will analyze two geopolitical events left uncommented by the press, Friday’s UN vote regarding the American embargo imposed on Cuba, respectively the true purpose of Ursula von der Leyen’s untimely visits to Kiev.
For about 25 years, the UN has been voting on a resolution to end the US embargo on Cuba, but Americans and others have consistently opposed it, with the US only abstaining once in 2016, when Obama attempted an operation of seduction of the regime in Havana. Cuba is a neighbor of America, a beautiful but tormented country with pauperized people and cities ravaged by poverty, as SRS has also recently related at GOLD FM while visiting Cuba. The UN vote has a definite geopolitical component, but it is oriented primarily for humanitarian purposes, with most Cubans literally starving to death. On Friday, this traditional vote to end the embargo was resumed, and the result was 187 votes in favor, two votes against (USA and Israel), and one abstention (Ukraine). It is clear, then, that the world has turned against America, and the UN vote on the embargo, which comes after the ultra-majority vote for a humanitarian truce in Gaza a week ago, also against the US and Israel, has the role of indicating that the US is obliged to rapidly revise its foreign policy. Of course, the vote is not enforceable, but it lays a diplomatic foundation for the pressures that will be applied against the US in the next period, at least on three axes, which are Israel-Palestine, China-Taiwan, and Russia-Ukraine, respectively.
This is how I arrive at the analysis of the untimely visit, also on Friday, of the head of the European Commission to Kiev, a visit disguised as a statement about the need to begin the reconstruction of Ukraine, and we understand that Ursula von der Leyen was the messenger who had to communicate to Zelenskiy that there is an urgent need to start peace negotiations with Russia, because the reconstruction cannot start under the fire of the bombings! It is clear that Zelenskiy, in order to somehow be financially compensated and accept the proposal, was told that money would continue to come to Ukraine (proof that Romania, also on the brink of economic crisis, promptly declared that it would deliver the first 50 million euros), but the money will no longer be for armament acquisition, but will be allocated to the reconstruction of the country (administered by the famous BLACK ROCK, as decided by the government of Ukraine, at the suggestion of the USA!).
Peace talks in Ukraine have begun in summer between the Russians and the Americans, assisted by the Chinese, who reiterated their commitment to end the war zone during their foreign minister’s visit to Washington last week. At the beginning, the Americans only wanted to negotiate with the Russian withdrawal from the occupied territories, but Putin’s people refused them unequivocally, establishing the current situation in which they will agree to a cease-fire only if all regions already integrated in Russia will be internationally recognized as part of Russia. In addition, Putin conveyed that he wants not only the complete demilitarization of Ukraine, but also the fact that the Russians want a future de-Nazified Ukraine, without its own army, and in addition NATO’s guarantee that it will not integrate our neighbors, all of these positions being non-negotiable, so they took an extremely long-term position. It seems that the Russians were more malleable in terms of the continuation of Zelenski in power in Ukraine, which it is assumed that Ursula communicated to the Ukrainian president the day before yesterday.
Therefore, we can calmly interpret the sending of Ursula von der Leyen to Kiev as a clear signal that the US wants to end the Ukrainian war and quickly start the business generated by the reconstruction, they reached this point only because the Americans are overwhelmed by the Israeli-Palestinian conflict which they cannot control and which places them in an extremely vulnerable position, including internally, but especially in the international geopolitical environment. We will analyze the sophisticated way in which the Russian-Chinese axis acted to reach this point in the future broadcasts of GOLD FM, for now I can conclude that two events, with a huge negative impact for the USA, will be able to contribute to the resettlement of the world in a climate closer to normality.
